The real economy runs on software nobody wanted to build.
So we build it. White Shelf Technologies is an Indian software product company - small, deliberate, and in it for the long term.
Founded on a simple observation.
White Shelf Technologies was founded by Samarth Patel on the belief that overlooked industries deserve custom-grade software. The factories and businesses that run the real economy are asked to choose between ERP built for someone else's problems and spreadsheets held together by habit.
We chose a third option: learn one industry at a time, deeply, and build the system it actually needs. That work started with tiles - and it shaped everything about how we build: practical over impressive, predictive over reactive, people over process.
The same care went into TaskShelf, our work management product - world-class software at a flat price, because good tools shouldn't tax a team for growing.
How we build.
Practical
We ship what works on the floor, not what demos well. If a feature doesn't earn its keep in daily use, it goes.
Predictive
Good software tells you what's coming, not just what happened. Analytics are built in, not bolted on.
People-focused
Built for the people who use it every day - operators, accountants, owners - and priced so they can afford it.
One overlooked industry at a time.
Go deeper in tiles - more plants, more analytics, more saved energy.
Bring the same playbook to more industries big ERP overlooks, and TaskShelf to mobile.
Stay small enough to care and serious enough to trust - software people can build a business on.
