These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of whiteshelftech.com (the "Site"), operated by White Shelf Technologies Private Limited ("White Shelf Technologies", "we", "us"), and apply to the information and services made available through it. By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. Our products - Our Industry ERP and TaskShelf - are provided under their own agreements and in-product terms; where those differ from these Terms, the product terms prevail for the product.
1. Use of the Site
You may use the Site for lawful purposes only. You agree not to interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorised access to any system or data, scrape or bulk-download content for commercial reuse, misrepresent your identity or affiliation, or use the Site to transmit anything unlawful, infringing, or harmful. We may suspend access that violates these Terms.
2. Products and services
Information on the Site about our products - features, availability, and pricing approach - is provided for general information and does not constitute an offer or commitment. Demos, pilots, and commercial deployments of the ERP are arranged under separate written agreements. Use of TaskShelf at taskshelf.app is governed by the terms presented there.
3. Intellectual property
The Site and its contents - including text, design, graphics, logos, product names, screenshots, and software - are owned by White Shelf Technologies Private Limited or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws of India and other jurisdictions. "White Shelf Technologies" and "TaskShelf" and their logos are our marks. You may view and share Site content for personal, non-commercial reference with attribution; any other use requires our prior written permission.
4. Third-party links
The Site may link to third-party websites and services we do not control. We are not responsible for their content, policies, or practices, and a link does not imply endorsement.
5. Disclaimer
The Site is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we work to keep its content accurate and current, we make no warranties, express or implied, about its completeness, accuracy, reliability, or availability, and we may change or withdraw content at any time without notice.
6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, White Shelf Technologies Private Limited and its directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages - including loss of profits, data, or business - arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Site or its content. Our total aggregate liability for claims relating to the Site shall not exceed ₹10,000. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Indian law.

8. Governing law and jurisdiction
